Return Policy

At AlFam Packing & Packaging Materials, we value our business relationships. As we operate on a wholesale and retail model with no online sales, our return policy is governed by the terms provided at the time of purchase in our physical stores.

1. General Policy

Returns and exchanges for products purchased from our warehouse or retail outlets are subject to the specific terms and conditions printed on your official invoice or receipt. Please refer to your physical purchase document for the applicable return window and conditions.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery/Pickup

We strongly encourage all wholesale and retail customers to inspect their goods immediately upon collection or delivery. Any discrepancies, damages, or shortages should be reported to our staff or delivery personnel at the time of transfer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain categories of disposable food packaging may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Custom-ordered or bulk special orders may also be non-refundable unless defective.

4. Process for Returns

To initiate a return query for a purchase made at our location:

  • Visit the branch where the item was purchased.
  • Present the original tax invoice.
  • Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition.
